Lidl recalls lager containing sulphur dioxide which is a possible health risk

Lidl GB is extending the recall of Starovice Czech Lager 5.0 per cent to include additional date codes because it contains sulphur dioxide which is not mentioned on the label.

This means the product is a possible health risk.

The recall relates to 500ml pack size, all dates up to and including 23 December 2022.

Lidl’s advice is if you have bought the lager and have a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide, do not drink it. Instead, return it to the store for a full refund.
