Magical fairy trail set up for children to enjoy at Doncaster country park

For Campsall Country Park is now home to a magical fairy trail and colourful tributes to the NHS and key workers created by local children during lockdown.

Stones have been painted, pictures attached to fences and fairy doors have also sprung up around the park for youngsters to discover on their daily exercise.

The fairy trail has been funded by the Community Lottery Fund and a competition has also been set up for local youngsters.

Youngsters are being urged to create their own fairy stories, pictures, poems and fairy inspired dance routines and share them on the Campsall Country Park Facebook page by no later than May 3.

There are two contests, one for under fives and one for older children with winners receiving a magical, interactive door placque.
