Take a look at this retro photos of the Doncaster Deaf Trust to celebrate #deafawarenessweek

The school has been in Doncaster since 1829 and is one of the oldest in the country – have a look at these photos from the school’s past.

The Doncaster Deaf Trust has been in operation for 190 years.

Reverend William Carr Fenton set up the school with the aim of helping young deaf people gain an education and become independent adults.

In modern times the school has expanded and now has a college and a nursery.

This week is #deafawarenessweek so we thought a good way to celebrate would be to compile photos of the deaf trust throughout the years.
