The two areas of Doncaster recording new coronavirus cases this week

Doncaster has recorded new cases of coronavirus in the past week.

A new interactive map showing confirmed cases by Middle Super Output Area (MSOA) in England for the week ending on Sunday, August 9, reveals the areas of the country with the highest recent infection rates.

The latest data shows that three people tested positive in Kirk Sandall and Barnby Dun area. Hatfield East also had three new reported cases.

This brings the total confirmed cases in Doncaster to 2,050.

The map only shows the number of cases for areas where there have been three or more in the last week, with data being ‘suppressed’ for other neighbourhoods to prevent people who have contracted the disease being identified.
