Elsewhere in South Yorkshire there has been only been one more death. In Barnsley one more person died, taking the death toll there up to 138.

The number of people to have died with coronavirus in Sheffield and Rotherham remained static, with the totals staying at 284 and 186 respectively.

The figures given by NHS England every day do not include deaths in care homes, so the actual number of deaths is likely to be more than the figure recorded.
