Oliver said: “We didn’t have a free weekend between now and September, we were fully booked.”

He is also offering a 10 per cent discount to anyone who works for the NHS or the armed forces - they only need to show their work badges when collecting food.

Many small businesses are making similar adaptations due to the new government guidelines but it’s not been an easy road for Oliver.

“And then when we arrived things were moving at such a fast pace - every press conference Boris Johnson has done makes it harder for us to continue to operate.”

As it stands this is only a collection service but they are hoping to expand into other communities besides Dunsville - they will be stationed in Edenthorpe on Friday 27 March.

The company uses a wood fired oven and ingredients imported from Italy. He also sources vegetables from Doncaster.
