“But I got into coffee just a few years ago and I’ve had a bug for it ever since.”

Richard and his team will be making fresh food on site every day and will be selling ethically sourced high end coffee.

The menu will include sandwiches on artisan breads, freshly baked pastries and cakes, salads, tarts and galettes.

The cafe will have an industrial feel with steel decor and a European influence.

There will be a semi open kitchen which will allow customers to see their food being prepared.

“It’s warm and welcoming,” he continued.

“We can’t wait to get people in here.

“Our goal is to make people’s day.

“Cafe’s are more than just a rest stop now - they have become a place where friends and family can reconnect after months or even a year without seeing one another.”

Richard hopes that his new business will be able to provide a location for loved ones to reunite whilst enjoying quality coffee.
