Cast in Doncaster involved in project to take theatre across Europe

SBC Theatre has today been announced as part of LIBERTY EU, an art project that is taking place across ten European countries to promote talented young artists that are all under the age of 30.

ArtReach® based in Leicester, along with funders Creative Europe are about to embark on the launch of the UK website to promote SBC Theatre and other artists.

The launch of the LIBERTY EU website will coincide with the end of Celebrating Sanctuary Week in late April, which celebrates the diversity, cultures, and wealth of talent that refugees and displaced people bring with them when they arrive in the UK.

LIBERTY, the new art-based project that SBC and their collaborators are involved with brings together 12 cultural partners across Europe to showcase

a pool of 750 young artists.

The website www.liberty-eu.com will enable artists and cultural professionals to work together until the end of 2022, commissioning at least 75 new works.

The work these artists create will be presented at free access events across Europe.
