The famous Marriage of Figaro overture by Mozart will launch the programme which includes Symphony No. 35 ‘Haffner’ and Mendelssohn’s sun-drenched Symphony No. 4 ‘Italian’.

Watch out for acclaimed violinist and conductor Julian Rachlin when he performs as the soloist in Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto. The virtuoso will play his world famous violin, the “Ex-Liebig” (made in 1704)!

There will be a free pre-concert talk from 5.45pm with Julian Rachlin. The concert starts at 7pm. Tickets are priced from £12.50 to £32.50.

The final concert of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic residency will take place on December 9.
