A trio of cracking bands will entertain the crowd at this year’s Fake festival in Barnsley.
Those bands include tribute to U2, New 2 (pictured), and tributes to Green day and The Stone Roses, appearing at the festival on Saturday, July 19 at Locke Park.
For under £20 – a fraction of the price of a standard festival ticket – people can see the UK’s best tributes and also five support bands.
Licence holder for the event, Chris Webster, said: “We can’t wait to hit Barnsley again on the 2014 Fake Festivals tour. We had so much fun last year, it’s going to be even bigger and better this year with our great line-up. There is also the added bonus of being able to go to a free three day festival in September, if you buy a ticket to Barnsley. If you can’t make the Big Fake Festival but know someone who can, just make sure tickets are scanned on the door and you can then pass it on, so everyone’s a winner.”
