Plenty of Good Reasons to see Jason Donovan play Sheffield City Hall

Australian superstar Jason Donovan is heading for Sheffield '“ and has announced T X Factor favourites Mon Amie will support him.

The 47-year-old is returning to his roots for a solo tour of his multi-platinum debut album Ten Good Reasons, which included the hits Too Many Broken Hearts and Sealed With a Kiss.

Mon Amie shot to public attention last year after group mentor Cheryl Fernandez-Versini controversially swapped them for gospel singers Melody Stone during The X Factor’s six-chair challenge which caused uproar with the audience.

Mon Amie are Honey, Abi, Monifa and Izzy, who study at London’s Italia Conti Academy of Musical Theatre and describe themselves as an “all-singing, all-dancing girl band”.

Their X Factor boot camp rendition of Louis Armstrong’s What a Wonderful World had more than 900,000 views online and their debut video, a cover version of Diamonds by Rihanna, has also received huge adulation.

The band’s performance of Britney Spears’ One More Time during the six-chair challenge has also had more than 470,000 views to date.
