THORNENSIANS became the latest victims of unbeaten Wath on Dearne when they crashed to a 38-0 defeat in their Yorkshire Three match at Moor Road.
Thorne never got a look-in as Wath - the highest scoring side in the division - picked up yet another bonus point with a six-try display.
They took the lead early in the game when full back Adam West raced over for a try which fly half Joe Thompson converted.
Further tries by centre Steve Mason and No 8 Matthew Burrows, the latter converted by Thompson, saw Wath turn round 19 points clear, and they repeated the exercise in the second half.
Goal kicker Thompson touched down for the first try after the break, converting it himself, and winger Jason Wong – brought up from the second team – ran in the next try.
Then, with two minutes to go, Adam West raced over for his second try to seal the win with Thompson adding the points.
