Doncaster Knights, who are having the most successful season in the club’s history and are through to the promotion play-offs, have signed another of Rotherham Titans top players for the 2016-17 campaign.
Irish full back Sean Scanlon, arguably Titans’ best attacking players this season, is Knights after three years at Clifton Lane. Scanlon, 27, has made more than 70 appearances for Rotherham, (17 tries) since joining from Munster.
Doncaster coach, Clive Griffiths, has already signed Rotherham centre Lloyd Hayes for next season.
Rotherham coach Justin Burnell is expected to announce the first of many new signings as part of a major rebuilding job.
