DONS’ Jamie Bovill will be hauled in front of the Rugby League disciplinary committee later today.
The prop is charged with two offences from Doncaster’s home defeat against Rochdale earlier this month.
His first charge is for dangerous contact in the third minute, while the second offence relates to use of the forearm in possession of the ball in the 65th minute.
The Dons are likely to have to do without Bovill for Sunday’s Co-operative Championship One visit to Whitehaven.
But boss Tony Miller will be boosted by the return of up to seven players for the tough trip to Cumbria.
Craig Robinson, Liam Crawley, Carl Hughes and Paul Hughes are all now back from the latter’s wedding abroad.
Kyle Kesik returns from a one-match ban, while Dean Colton and Mick Butterfield are expected to be fit for the trip to the Recreation Ground.
