History-making Bentley ARLFC await Challenge Cup third round draw
Tonight’s Coral Challenge Cup third round draw at Rochdale could throw up a history-making Doncaster derby.
Promotion hopefuls Doncaster RLFC enter the draw, along with the rest of their Betfred League One rivals, and could be paired with local amateurs Bentley.
Last season’s Yorkshire Men’s League Premier Division champions beat North West League Premier Division champions West Bank Tigers 20-18 in their second round tie in Widnes at the weekend.
It is the first time in its present format that a Doncaster amateur side has ever reached the third round of the competition.
