Keith Christian (gross 93 net 73) pipped Mike Palmer (gross 93 net 73) on a better back-nine to claim the runners-up spot.
Christian (gross 88 net 68) went one better the following day when winning the club’s Saturday medal competition.
Colin Woodhouse (gross 99 net 78) was second with George Andrewatha (gross 110 net 83) taking third spot.
Kathryn Andrews (35 points) proved an emphatic winner of Sunday’s monthly stableford.
Tony Wood (31 points) edged Alison Wordsworth (31 points) into third place as the result of a better back-nine.
Doncaster Golf Club quartet Gary Garside, Jane Daughtrey, P and M Clarke (71 points) won Doncaster Town Moor’s Mixed Open am-am stableford.
Tinsley Park’s L & R Levers and S & P Ashmore (69) finished runner-up in the competition in which the score of the best man and women on each hole count.
Doncaster’s Ian Bennett and Wendy Powney and Worksop pairing B & V Pound (67) pipped Town Moor’s Dave Wren and Wheatley’s P Clark, L Phillips and J Scrimshaw (67) on a better back-nine to claim third place.
Dore and Totley’s R & K Stacey and P & P Roberts (67) were fifth.
Jenny Brennan (34 points) won Wheatley Golf Club’s Wrigglesworth Cup stableford.
Val Pickett (33) was runner-up with Angie Barnes (31) third.
Joan Wilbore (25) won the club’s nine-hole competition. Helen Talbot (24) and Marlene Bowner (20) completed the top three.
Karen Cleminson (net 73) enjoyed a two-shot victory in the club’s Medal 2 Una Wortley competition. Karen O’Neill (net 75) headed the chasing group with Jenny Brennan (80) third.
The club’s Captain’s Charity Day competition, won by the team of Ian Caudwell, Pete Hubbard, Wayne Goddard and Paul Weston (105 points), raised over £1,500 for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
