Young Doncaster Rovers striker heads out on loan

Doncaster Rovers striker Rieves Boocock has joined Cleethorpes Town on loan.

The 19-year-old will spend an initial spell of a month with the BetVictor Northern Premier South East Division side.

A prolific scorer at U18 and U23 level, Boocock had a loan spell with Frickley Athletic – at the same level as Cleethorpes.

Sheffield-born Boocock was handed his senior Rovers debut off the bench in the win at Gillingham and also made a substitute appearance in the defeat to Crystal Palace in the FA Cup. He has not been involved in a matchday squad this season.
