LIVE: Rochdale 1 Doncaster Rovers 2

63min Triple change for Rochdale

Stephen Dooley, Kwado Baah and Stephen Humphrys on for Matthew Lund, Conor Grant and Matty Done.

Tyreece John-Jules intercepts the ball ten yards inside the Rochdale half and powers forward before stinging the palms for Rochdale keeper Jay Lynch with a drive from 20 yards.

60min So dangerous on the counter

Rovers look threatening every time they break forward from half way. The front four this afternoon has been very vibrant and linked up well together.

55min GGGGGOOOOOAAAAAALLLLLLLL!!! ROVERS!!

A SECOND FOR TAYLOR RICHARDS!

A really good counter from Rovers with Tyreece John Jules sliding a pass through for Taylor Richards who finished superbly on the angle.

52min Chance for Rochdale

Another patient attack from the hosts. Ollie Rathbone feeds a pass into Matty Done who turns a lashes a shot wide.

50min Great attack, poor execution

Rovers break forward three on two with Tyreece John-Jules carrying the ball. He slides a pass out to Taylor Richards but puts too much on it and the chance is gone. Big opportunity missed for Rovers.

3.50pm A decent half’s work

It hasn’t been spectacular from a Rovers perspective but it’s been good enough to see them lead at the break.

They’ve soaked up a lot of pressure from the hosts and conceded a fair few chances but there has not been too much to concern Louis Jones, barring the Lund header which hit the upright.

Rochdale are patient in their possession which has seen them dominate the ball for much of the first half.

Rovers have looked threatening on the break however and struck well through Taylor Richards to lead.

Not vintage but steady away

3.46pm That’s the break

And Rovers lead at half time
