Here is a selection of thoughts from supporters on the result and performance.

@BradDewsnapDRFC: “Absolutely dreadful performance yet again! We’ll be fighting to stay up with this current squad! Big changes needed in January and sign some actual league 1 quality players, some of this current lot are Sunday league and that’s being complementary.”

@MattyDavies98_: “Your friendly weekly reminder that we have three games in hand over some teams and are 8 points off the play offs.”

@JohnLeslieCoyl1: “I can't blame the referee for the result, but boy, he was dreadful. Same one that Fergie said should be shot by the way.”

@DaveEmGee: “Really difficult to know what to say about that performance. We look a pale imitation of last year's team, and have a lot to do, from the manager down if we hope to get anything positive from this season. I fully expect Posh to rip us a new one on Thursday.”

@challo_drfc: “Have to agree with a lot of the fans, I’m not overly confident that Darren Moore will actually bring any quality players in, the blokes a fantastic coach but manager he is not.”

@Matt_Walker96: “Can be as positive as you want to be, but no one can try and say that this is anywhere near good enough at the moment. We're so easy to play against.”

@daniel_nice7: “We’ve had one really good season at this level in the last few years, we lost the manager, our top 2 scorers and other good players, and people wonder why it’s been hard work.”

@Gazz_Long: “Cameron John is a great player. Other than that there aren't many positives from today. Does anyone think we need a striker?”

@Matt_Walker96: “Bet there’ll be strikers queuing up to join us in January, if they’re actually capable of playing in League 1 they’ll be worshipped by fans as if Billy Sharp's come back after weeks of us watching Bingham and Thomas.”
