ENGLAND under 19s turned on the style last night at Doncaster Rovers’ Keepmoat Stadium to beat Denmark 3-1, writes Richard Fidler.

Former Barnsley full back John Stones, who made a £3m move to Premier League giants Everton on transfer deadline day, returned to South Yorkshire.

But it was Arsenal’s Akpom who caught the eye for Noel Blake’s side in the first half with two well-taken goals.

The attendance at the Keepmoat was 7,654.
