Regulations prevent clubs from naming more than five loanees in any one matchday squad.

Rovers currently have six, meaning boss Darren Moore is forced to leave at least one of his temporary signings on the sidelines.

Lokilo had to be patient waiting for his debut following his deadline day loan move from Crystal Palace but he got it on Saturday, with Cameron John sitting out the win over Wycombe Wanderers.

The Belgian winger knows however there is a chance he will not be involved in every matchday squad before the end of the season - but he is not overly concerned.

“I’m not really focused on that,” he told the Free Press.

“I just want to work hard and if the coach calls on me then I need to be ready.

“He’s only allowed to put five loan players in but I’m not thinking about that

“Everyone is going to have a chance to play and you just have to be ready when he calls on you.”

The 21-year-old seems incredibly laid back and says he was not concerned during his four week wait for his senior debut for Rovers.

“It’s normal,” he said. “I know with hard work I’m going to get a chance.

“I’m calm. I’m a calm guy and I just want to work hard and show what I can do on the training pitch and every time I step on a football pitch, it’s to make a difference.

“It was nice to get 20 minutes on Saturday. I think I did all right so I’m happy.

“I like to be productive, get crosses in, get assists and goals so I think it’s all right.

“I just want to carry on like that, work hard in training, listen to the coaches and all the players.

“I’m feeling fully fit now and I want to carry on like that.

“I’m just working hard in training and trying to give everything every time I get a chance.”
