Here we bring a selection of social media reaction to Rovers’ victory.

@brigrainger: They made me happy. I was impressed with the poise in possession from the back through midfield. We have some really good technically clever players on the ball now

@J_BELLAMY_19: Very impressive off the ball winning it back. Keeper still doesn’t give me confidence and Lokilo looked to hold on to the ball too much. That aside, very impressive and it will be even better when they are all fully fit.

@superryandunphy: Absolutely fantastic. The most impressive thing being the work and effort off the ball to get it back.

@LeeReynolds71: Ben and Madger looking good in the middle of the park. That goal by John Jules will do is confidence no end of good, good signs

@MattKerley: Very good performance, importantly we corrected the few negatives from the MK Dons game so hopefully signs there’s something building/more to come.

@EdwardTroth: Very solid performance. Taylor Richards looks too good for L1. Getting top 6 this season easily.

@adam_winder777: Looked like a real threat going forward, with right choice of pass could’ve been 4 or 5 , very strong defensively too

@DrfcSpencer: All played well, anderson was an absolute rock, bursik played fairly well, full backs very comfortable, taylor richards different gravy lokilo sharp, gomes and whiteman very good

@martinblack88: Good performance but still not got that cutting edge.

@andysimms1989: Very good performance, much improved from last week! Coppinger was brilliant when he came on! Whiteman was on another level foolish if we sell him!

@JMickAndrews: They now look like a team who have been properly introduced to one another. Great tackling and pressing. Inventive and prepared to take risks. Still need more shooting on sight, a la Gomes, but otherwise most encouraging.

@AaronGillDRFC: John-Jules did enough to justify starting, in spite of those who were surprised to see him start (myself included). I certainly don’t mind being proven wrong by a nutmeg followed up with a postage stamp!
