BILLY Sharp delivered an early Christmas present as his sensational double saw Rovers come from behind to beat Leicester.
David Nugent's neat finish sent the Foxes in ahead at the break - after a rather tame first half.
But cometh the hour, cometh the man.
Sharp's downward header from Marc-Antoine Fortune's cross went between Kasper Schmeichel's legs to level the scores.
And just moments later the Keepmoat Stadium witnessed one of the finest goals in it's history.
Brian Stock clipped a cross to the back post and a swivelling Sharp met it with a first time volley that arrowed back into the far corner to send the home crowd delirious.
Doncaster rode their luck in the closing stages as Richie Wellens and Andy King both missed glorious chances from close range.
But the way Rovers rallied for the cause in the second half - like they did against Southampton a fortnight ago - has provided genuine hope they can pull themselves clear of relegation danger.
