Rovers fans will get the chance a take a penalty on the hallowed Keepmoat Stadium pitch as part of the club’s innovative season ticket renewal launch day tomorrow.

Fans will win £50 worth of Club Doncaster vouchers if they successfully score past either Marko Marosi or Jan Budtz.

Rovers announced on Monday that season ticket prices for 2015/16 have been frozen.

Ryan Murrant, Rovers’ marketing and communications manager, said: “We have offered Rovers fans something different this year and something that no other club has.

“Most fans, at some point, fancy themselves as a footballer so we’re giving them the chance to bag £50 for scoring past a legend or the first team ‘keeper.”

The Keepmoat Stadium ticket office will be open from 9am on Friday.

Anyone who renews their season ticket can take a penalty from 1-2pm or 5-7pm.
