DEAN Saunders has rewarded Neil Sullivan with a new contract - which could see the veteran goalkeeper play for Doncaster at the age of 43.
The former Wimbledon, Tottenham and Chelsea stopper has signed a one-year contract extension that will keep him at Rovers till June 2013.
Sullivan has impressed Saunders with his attitude and application since the new manager arrived at the club.
The 41-year-old former Scotland international started the season as number two to Gary Woods but recently regained his place as first choice.
Sullivan was an ever present in the 2009-10 season when Rovers finished 12th in the Championship – their highest position in the second tier for over 50 years.
He has 28 Scotland caps and has made more than 200 first team appearances for Doncaster.
