SEAN O’Driscoll will be hoping that a large singing lady makes a grand entrance at the Keepmoat on Saturday as former England boss Sven-Goran Eriksson rolls into town with Leicester City for Rovers’ last home game.

After the Easter parade of matches Preston are definitely relegated from the Championship, and local rivals Scunthorpe and Sheffield United look certain to join them.

The Blades can climb level with Rovers on points if they win their last two matches at home to Barnsley and away to Swansea, providing Doncaster lose both their remaining games.

So can Scunthorpe.

But Rovers have a superior goal difference to both teams although O’Driscoll is acutely aware that it’s not all over until the fat lady sings.
