Doncaster Rovers goalkeeper Ian Lawlor has been selected in a provisional squad for the Republic of Ireland.
The 23-year-old has been named as part of a 40-man squad for upcoming friendly matches, starting with a clash with Scottish Premier League champions Celtic on May 20.
Lawlor will join up with the squad - along with five other goalkeepers - ahead of the clash, which will act as a testimonial for Celtic skipper Scott Brown.
Martin O'Neill will then trim down his squad for an away trip to France on May 28 and a home clash with USA on June 2 in Dublin.
Lawlor made 39 appearances for Rovers during the most recent season but played only two of the final 13 matches of the campaign with Marko Marosi favoured between the sticks.
He has yet to win a cap for his country but has been a substitute in four previous international matches. Lawlor also made six appearances for the Republic's U21 side.
