The governing body strongly suggested that all clubs cease training immediately and until April 3 at the earliest, with competition now suspended until April 30 at the earliest.

Rovers had returned to training last Thursday - prior to confirmation of the delay to April 30.

The players reported for training again on Friday, with boss Darren Moore formulating plans with his staff for how further sessions should be scheduled over the next six weeks.

But plans will now turn to how players can keep fitness levels strong while away from Cantley Park, and with social distancing measures in mind.

Players will be given individual fitness plans which can be done at home and the surrounding areas, in similar manners to which fitness is maintained during the closed season and before the return to pre-season training.
