Here is how we rated Rovers’ individual performances at the Keepmoat. Let us know what you think on Twitter @FreePressRovers.
1. Ellery Balcombe 7
Could do little about Accrington’s goal which deflected in front of him. He produced some smart saves, including on his line from a powerful drive while tipping over a long range effort. Again, his accuracy with long passes needed improvement. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
2. Brad Halliday 6
A bundle of energy in the first half as he pushed forward as one of Rovers most dynamic attacking threats. He was kept in deep much more as Accrington pressed harder after the opening half hour. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
3. Joe Wright 6
A little bit sloppy at times with his play out from the back while the defence overall was nervy at times. He still was commanding in the air and mopped up loose balls well. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
4. Andy Butler 6
A few nervy moments with poor passes across his box, he was not his usual assured self throughout the game but still showed good strength and power. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
