Blue lights were projected onto the west stand of the stadium, along with the NHS logo and a ‘thank you’ message to the front line workers in the battle against Covid-19.

This was replicated across the county with Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United, Rotherham United and Barnsley also joining in, with the messages revealed on Thursday evening, which has become the point each week when Britain stops to thank health staff and other key workers.
