John-Jules has been out of action since mid-January after suffering a hamstring injury in the win at Swindon Town.

Recently, the 20-year-old has posted clips and pictures on social media showing him back on the training ground with his parent club, including the caption ‘Not long left.’

“Obviously he’s put on social media that he’s doing well so fingers crossed that he can come back because he will be an important player for us,” he said.

“It’s be competition for players up front and those in wide areas too.

“It’s added competition which is what we want for this squad.”
