Andy Butler’s Belles team found themselves 2-0 down in Sutton Coldfield when they conceded a quickfire double following the re-start.

But striker Jasmine Saxton poked home after 70 minutes to halve the deficit and Andrew slotted home the equaliser right at the death.

Doncaster were third bottom of the table when last season was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic but their form had notably improved following Butler’s appointment in January.

The fact that Boldmere were flying high in second spot in March suggests this was a very good point for Belles.

Elsewhere, Wolves won 6-0 at Leafield Athletic and Solihull Moors beat Burton Albion 9-0.

Bedworth United are the first visitors to Oxford Street next Sunday.
