Darren Moore admits more line-up changes are likely for Doncaster Rovers in coming weeks

Moore made four changes to his side to face Burton Albion on Saturday with only one enforced due to the injury to Josh Sims.
And he also handed rare game time to Jason Lokilo and Lirak Hasani from the bench during the 3-1 triumph.

Hide AdRovers have picked up several muscle injuries over the last few weeks and Moore is keen to guard against any further.
“When you have nine games in 29 days you have to look at things like that,” Moore said.
“As much as managing the game is important, number one for me is the players’ welfare.
“It has to be that way in terms of their well-being in terms of where they are at physically and mentally.

Hide Ad“There’s been an accumulation of soft tissue injuries in the squad and it’s definitely been down to the volume of games.
“I’m just trying to plan my things as best as I can for the well-being of the players and the team.
“I find out what the boys are feeling and make sure they have a level of understanding of where we’re at with the number of games they’ve played and the intensity they’ve played at.
“It’s about me getting me eyes on them in training and having a look. I just go with what I’m seeing and feeling at the time, and what they’re feeling, and I make the changes accordingly.
