Charlie Seaman signs new deal with Doncaster Rovers

The full back has yet to play a senior game for the club, having immediately joined Maidstone United on loan after signing for Rovers in September.
But he has impressed sufficiently to earn an extended stay at the Keepmoat until at least the summer of 2023.

Hide AdSeaman joined Rovers after a successful trial and following his release by Bournemouth.
He impressed during his loan in the National League South with Maidstone, playing in a variety of positions including on the wing.
The ending of competition in National League South in February due to the ongoing constraints brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic saw former West Ham United youth product Seaman return to training with Rovers.
But clauses within EFL loan regulations have left the 21-year-old in limbo and unable to feature in League One for his club for the remainder of the campaign.
