Warmsworth missed out on promotion from Division Two in agonising fashion.
The Common Lane club defeated Phoenix by four wickets but they missed out on two bonus points by failing to take the final Phoenix wicket.
And ultimately it was those two points that cost Warmsworth third place and a place in next season’s Division One.
Christopher Longley (57) top scored for Phoenix who held out at 197-9 to deny Warmsworth two precious bonus points.
Andrew Hayward (73) and skipper Chris Hadley (71) led a successful run chase but the Doncaster club ended the season just outside the automatic promotion places.
Division Three champions Sprotbrough rounded off their season with a 51-run win over Worsbrough Bridge.
Tim Braithwaite claimed magnificent figures of 7-28 as Bridge were skittled for just 93.
Sprotbrough had earlier been bowled out for 144, including 63 from opener Ashley Ward and 30 from Michael Threapleton.
The victory was Sprotbrough’s 16th league win from 22 games. They lost just twice all season.
With promotion and the Division One titled already in the bag, Conisbrough produced a batting display of note at St Peter’s Drive to relegate Wath B.
James Doran struck a brilliant 136, Scott Lowe added 70 and skipper Gary Strephan made an unbeaten 72 as Conisbrough amassed 308-2.
Nick Purcell blazed 118 from 99 balls as Wath refused to go quietly but the visitors closed on 287-8.
Oliver Jackson once again bowled well, claiming 4-65.
Wath finished fifth in the Premier Division after a final day defeat to Aston Hall.
Treeton, meanwhile, secured their eighth South Yorkshire League title after beating Darfield.
