DONCASTER Town slipped to a six wicket defeat at Harrogate on the opening Saturday of the Yorkshire League season.
But there were still plenty of positives for new skipper Nick Morley as his young team gave a decent account of themselves at St George’s Road.
Morley has a difficult task on his hands this season after several key members of Town’s squad left the club over the winter.
It’s very much a rebuilding job at the Bennetthorpe club this year and a campaign of consolidation is the main objective.
