High-flying Doncaster Town recorded a third straight league win with a four wicket victory at Whiston Parish Church.
James Stuart (3-31) and Duncan Heath (3-23) starred with the ball as Town restricted their hosts to 153 all out.
Curtis Free (2-21) also chipped in with a couple of wickets.
Whiston had opener Gareth Davis to thank for a patient knock of 55.
And the hosts sensed an opportunity when they reduced Doncaster to 34-3.
However, James Ward continued his good form with another important innings of 39 not out to guide the visitors home.
Stuart Guy also made 38, skipper Luke Townsend finished unbeaten on 15, while Town were also given a helping hand by no fewer than 43 extras, including 30 wides.
Doncaster, who remain third in the table, reached their target for the loss of six wickets after 39.4 overs.
Appleby Frodingham are the visitors to Town Fields on Saturday.
Town are also scheduled to host Richmondshire in the last 16 of the ECB National Club Championship on Sunday.
