One extraordinary superhero, 12 impossible task, and a chance to be part of one of the season’s most exciting shows!

From the critically acclaimed New Art Club comes Hercules, a new family friendly take on one of the classic tales of Greek Mythology.

New Art Club are Pete Shenton and Tom Roden, often described as the Morecambe and Wise of dance, renowned for creating unique work that brings together the worlds of dance and comedy.

Now they bring their unique comic style and sense of the absurd to the classic Greek myth of the 12 Labours of Hercules in a hilarious and highly successful family friendly show.

The production comes to Cast, Doncaster on Saturday October 25, prior to beginning a national tour.

And now New Art Club are looking for local dance companies and groups to play an important part in the show.

An experience evening will be held at Cast on Tuesday July 22 from 5pm to 7pm when creators Tom and Pete will talk about the production and explain what will be involved for participants.

New Art Club are looking for local performers, individuals or groups with some experience and a natural talent for dance and performance.

They should be aged 11 and over, be confident to perform on Cast’s stage and be able to attend regular rehearsals.

Anybody interested in taking part should contact Graham Whitehead at Cast by emailing takepart@castindoncaster.com.
