Youngsters enjoyed Epworth fundraiser

Fundraising was the name of the game at the recent Epworth Thurlow Preschool fun day on the Thurlow Memorial Field.

Epworth Thurlow Preschool annual fun day .

The event was well attended and a total of £308.78 was raised for the group.

Activities included a bouncy castle, face painting, treasure hunt, tombola, and a raffle plus other attractions for the children to enjoy.

Spokesman Jennifer Hickson said: “Lunchboxes were on sale for the children, and we all enjoyed a picnic together.

“Thank you to Albion Bakery, Gravels Fruit and Vegetable shop, The Tiny Teapot, CJ’s Milkshack and Fullers bakery for donating the food that went into the lunch boxes,” she continued.

She added: “The day was a great success and we would like to thank all those that supported us through attending and donating.”
