A woman was taken to hospital after a car smashed into a lamp-post in Doncaster.

Police received a report of a collision on Beckett Road, at 10.25pm last night (28 June).

A spokesman said: “It is reported a vehicle collided with a lamppost on the road.

“Police and ambulance service attended and a woman was taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life threating or life changing.”
