Woman critically injured in collision in Doncaster

A woman is fighting for life after a collision in Doncaster.

The 59-year-old was driving a silver Toyota Yaris along Bawtry Road, towards Bawtry, when the car struck a kerb and mounted the pavement before crashing into a lamppost and bollard.

Emergency services were alerted to the incident at 9.45pm last night.
