A yellow weather warning for snow and ice is in place for Doncaster and South Yorkshire from 10pm tonight and which runs until midnight on Tuesday.

And according to Met Office predictions, snow could fall overnight and throughout tomorrow morning and into the afternoon in Doncaster.

Forecasters say it could bring difficult travelling conditions, possible travel delays on roads, stranding some vehicles and passengers, particularly on higher level routes.
