Warning: Doncaster elderly being pressured by workmen

Police are warning of workmen 'pressuring' elderly residents in Doncaster into having gardening work they do not need.

There have been reports of elderly residents being pressured into have garden work done

South Yorkshire Police has received reports from residents in Stoops Lane, Bessacarr.

A force spokesman said: "South Yorkshire Police has received information that suspicious males are pressuring residents into having unnecessary gardening work in the Stoops Lane area of Bessacarr."
