VIDEO: Road closure after car smash
A section of Wheatley Hall Road in Doncaster is closed following a road collision involving one vehicle.
The driver of a silver Peugeot 206 was taken to Doncaster Royal Infirmary by ambulance following the incident that occurred around 6am this morning.
A police spokesman said the man in his mid-twenties is not thought to be seriously injured.
The part of the road leading in to Doncaster where the collision took place was cordoned off by police and is expected to stay closed until late morning.
