A Doncaster town centre store has closed after its owner was declared bankrupt.
Hair and beauty shop Talking Heads, which was based in the High Street next door to the NatWest bank, has ceased trading with large “bankrupt” notices posted in the shop’s windows.
The shop’s interior has been stripped out and products removed from the premises.
According to a bankruptcy notice posted in the shop window, owner Pamela Murayi Chipisa, was declared bankrupt earlier this year.
It added that unemployed Mrs Chipisa, of Westella, Hull, was declared bankrupt at Doncaster County Court and that the Official Receiver has been called in.
The store sold hair and beauty products as well as hair extensions and wigs as well as other styling accessories.
A store with the same name has opened within the former TJ Hughes building on Printing Office Street under new management in recent weeks.
