Secret recipes of one of the region's favourite Indian restaurants have been revealed in a new book out now.
After requests from customers over many years for the favourites on the Aagrah menu, restaurant chain partner, Liaquat Ali, said a raft of up to the minute recipes had been included in the Aagrah cookbook ‘Hand over Fist’.
Liaquat said: “Putting this cookbook together was a real family affair. It was in response to people constantly asking us how we made our food as they enjoyed it so much and we decided to share some of them.”
