The 23-year-old, who won last year's I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, teamed up with Great British Racing to give her fashion advice.
She said her number one tip was always to wear comfortable shoes.
She added: "You're going to be on your feet all day and walking backwards and forwards, I always go for a block heel; pretty but also comfortable."
Her second tip was to be bold with clothing choices.
"Don't shy away from prints and colour. The races are such a great opportunity to put on our finery," she said.
Thirdly, she advised that ladies who are putting together their outfit ahead of the four day St Leger festival - which takes place from September 12 to 15.
She said: "I think they are a fantastic alternative to a dress and you always look very elegant and smart."
Tip number four from the TV personality was to have fun with hats.
She said: "Let it display your personality and have fun with it."
Lastly, Georgia, who is known as 'Toff', advised race-goers to think of their outfits as a whole and how it flows from head to toe.
The hugely popular Ladies Day is the second day of the William Hill St Leger Festival, and has grown a reputation for world class racing and amazing entertainment, culminating in a Best Dressed Lady competition. This year, it will take place on Thursday, September 13.
The Best Dressed Lady will then go on to represent Doncaster in the Go Racing in Yorkshire’s Best Dressed Lady Grand Final back at Doncaster Racecourse on Saturday October 27.
