Television doctor Hilary Jones is on the lookout for Doncaster’s fattest families in a bid to get them into shape.
The Good Morning Britain medic and his team are coming to town on the back of the Govenrment getting ready to announce its strategy for cutting childhood obesity in half during the next decade.
And they are looking for Doncaster based families to take part in filming and taking on a challenge to lose weight and also get in shape.
A spokesman for the breakfast television programme said: “Do you worry about your family’s eating habits?
“Good Morning Britain is coming to Doncaster to find families to take on the challenge to get fighting fit for the future.”
Jones has been a familiar face on medical issues on breakfast TV since 1989, appearing on TV-am, GMTV, Daybreak, Lorraine and Good Morning Britain.
He also co-presented The Health Show with Terry Wogan and starred in the fifth series of Dancing on Ice , partnered with Alexandra Schauman, but was voted off after Danny Young was saved by the judges in the skate off.
Anyone interested in taking part in the filming can get further details on the challenge from Nicky on 07810 056487.
