Tribute night in memory of Doncaster tourism manager Colin Joy
The event will take place on Friday June 24 at 7pm at Doncaster Brewery & Tap in Young Street.
Mr Joy, aged 52, who dedicated years of his life helping to put Doncaster on the map and boosting tourism in the borough died last week.

Hide AdPosting about the event a spokesman for Doncaster Brewery & Tap said: “He supported us as we created Doncaster Brewery and loved the idea of combining beer with heritage - two of his favourite things.
“In September 2012 Colin launched Doncaster Brewery by tapping our first cask of beer.
“He has been an amazing friend and we are going to miss him more than words can say.
“We invite you to come and join us as we raise a glass to Colin Joy.”

Hide AdMeanwhile residents are still being asked to sign a book of condolence at Doncaster Tourist Information Centre at 1 Priory Place, Doncaster.
The book will be available during normal office hours - Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm
The circumstances surrounding his death are unknown at this stage.
Mayor of Doncaster Ros Jones said: “He was a very popular figure head for Doncaster Tourism and a great ambassador for the town.”
