Northern Rail is reminding its customers that services will start to wind down across the network from 6pm on Christmas Eve, with very few trains running after 9pm.
Services will not run on Christmas Day or Boxing Day and a normal service will resume on Sunday December 27, except for a few very early morning services.
New Year’s Eve will again see services winding down from 6pm, with very few trains running after 9pm and services will start a little later on New Year’s Day.
Normal service will resume on Saturday January 2, 2016.
